Store Policies - Returns and Refunds

At Mosaic Forum your satisfaction is our priority. Our products are print-on-demand via Printful. Our store policies closely follow their refund and return policies. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a misprint, we are committed to making it right.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 21 days of receiving your order. We will promptly correct the mistake by sending you the correct item at no additional cost.

Cancellations & Changes
Once an order is placed, it enters production quickly. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes after the order has been processed. Please double-check your order details before submitting it.

Exceptions
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made products unless there is a defect or error on our printing vendor's part. Refunds are not provided for orders delayed due to shipping carrier issues or customer errors, such as providing an incorrect shipping address.
